14–27 days’ notice: We’re happy to transfer your booking to another date
Less than 14 days: Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or transfers at this stage

If we need to cancel
This is very rare, but if we ever have to cancel (for example, due to extreme weather), you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to rebook.

If extreme weather affects your event:

Before you travel: You can choose a full refund or a new date
Before race 6: Your evening continues, and we’ll give you return vouchers (midweek, within 3 months)
After race 6: Your evening continues, and you’ll receive general admission vouchers for a future visit
